Awesome service, awesome food

I'm always craving this place. It's so delicious and the service is so quick, even when they're slammed. There are one or two servers who have a constant nasty vibe and not just to me - I see them interact with disrespect to everyone they come into contact with. I got shoulder-slammed by one of the servers one day and apologized, but she rolled her eyes. People have off days, I get it, but constant rudeness is something else entirely. Still, the food itself is worth the 5 stars.

Probably the best Puerto's in Muncie in terms of customer service. The people there are always friendly!

We were seated in less than half an hour on a very busy Friday night. Finding parking was easy, too. Staff were busy and hustling, but attendant to our requests and needs. I had trouble deciding what I wanted - no fault of the menu - I was just tired after a long day of work. The waiter gave me the extra time I needed without forgetting me. I ordered a chimichanga. It tasted so good. Hot. Deliciosa! Sweet tea was a great accompaniment. My date had a Marguerite with his variety platter. After a relaxing meal, we shared churros. Sorry-I didn't even think to capture a picture when they arrived. These warm carmel-filled delectables nestled between puffs of whipped creme drizzled with chocolate were irresistibly pretty. We just ate them! A perfect light sweet touch to the end of our cozy and intimate meal together.

The best place to eat Mexican cuisine in Muncie! Wonderful staff. Wonderful food every time. This place is neat and clean. The workers are always neat and clean and so polite, always ready to get you whatever you need, even when they are packed with diners. Tip them good here, they’ll remember it and they’ll serve you great every time! The entrees are pretty big so you better be hungry if you order a full one. The booze is good here too!

I had the Volcano dish. Absolutely delicious. Huge. I ate 3 leftover meals from it. I suggest you share it. Staff was excellent and attentive.

It was a good Mexican restaurant. We all enjoyed the jumbo margarita specials (good taste, good price!) and our service was good. Food was tasty and well proportioned.

Great food awesome staff

Beautiful, inviting atmosphere when you walk in. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They are also very patient with newcomers and explain anything you may need to know. Their service is super fast with a smile. Don't forget the chips and salsa! If you're looking for a quick lunch during your lunch break, this is where you go for delicious food. Prices are very reasonable with good quality.

Some nights can be insanely packed, but such is expected when going to a popular venue in a college town. You can always trust service is friendly and great, the drinks offered are great, and the food has been great every visit.

Yummy. Staff was super helpful. Food was amazing. Very clean place. my daughter dumped my salsa on the food as soon as we got there our waiter gave us a new table and cleaned the floor. He never once made me feel bad about it. Love the chicken nachos... and California burrito. A-1

This is my go to Mexican place. Always great. Love the taco salad, burritos, and is special. They have the ONLY restaurant salsa I like.

Took Grandaughter out for her Birthday lunch. She's 13 and picked Puerto to eat at for her celebration! We ordered grilled chicken fajitas. They were fantastic . Great service by wait staff.

I love hearing the workers complain about tips to delivery workers. Get another job.They have blocked my phone number just because I deliver for postmates. Absolutely ridiculous.

My wife was never a fan of Mexican food until this place. Literally life changing. I've personally been coming here for over a decade, it's my favorite Mexican restaurant as well. Chile Colorado, extra rice instead of beans, side of cooked onions; you will not be disappointed. Also, the food is brought out in lines down people's arms, which kids (and most adults) find fun.

The food here was great. It is more authentic style Mexican food. Service could be friendlier. I tried their margaritas and one of their sky margaritas and they are very strong drinks. Had to share my jumbo size drink.
